Bioremediation
Hydrocracker™ is the proprietary bioremediation solution developed by Gaia Geoscience Pte Ltd. The product uses a collection of over one hundred species of microbe which are harvested from rugged environments such as undersea vents or sites with volcanic activity. The microbes are bred and cultivated in a controlled environment and fed hydrocarbon material until matured.

Our enhanced aerobic bioremediation technologies can be used to address contaminants in the unsaturated zone,
the saturated zone, or both. Most, but not all, enhanced aerobic bioremediation technologies primarily address
petroleum hydrocarbons and some oxygenates in soil and that are dissolved in groundwater or are absorbed to
aquifer material in the saturated zone.

When used appropriately, enhanced aerobic bioremediation technologies are effective in reducing levels of
petroleum hydrocarbon contamination. Gasoline constituents dissolved in groundwater are a likely target of
enhanced aerobic bioremediations. Enhanced aerobic bioremediation technologies are most often used at sites
with mid-weight petroleum products and can also effectively reduce contaminant concentrations. Heavier-weight
petroleum products such as lubricating oils generally take longer to biodegrade than the lighter products, and
Hydrocracker™ is effective at sites contaminated with these products: Diesel, Jet fuels (without antibacterial agent),
gasoline, kerosene, white mineral oil, Crude oil both fresh and aged, crude oil sludge, crude oil tank bottoms,
Refined oils such as automobile motor oil, bearing grease, lubricants, Propylene glycol, hydraulic oil Animal fat,
vegetable oils; All chlorinated hydrocarbon compounds, such as: Polychlorinated biphenyl, Pentachlorophenols
and degradation by-products Trichloroethylene, Perchloroethylene, Trichloroethane, and Ethylene Glycol.
